Fitting Guide:

1. Connect the top strap button to the middle position.
2. Hold the front of the mask and pull the back strap over your head.  Pull the mask down to position the seal under your nose.
3. Adjust the back strap to tighten or loosen the seal against your face by pulling evenly on the tabs.
4. Adjust the top strap button to tighten or loosen the headgear so that it is sitting just above your ears without touching them.  You may need to take off the mask to do this.
5. Connect the swivel connector to your device air tubing.  Turn the device on. If there are leaks adjust the back strap until there are no leaks and your seal is comfortable.

Cleaning tips (outlined by the American Thoracic Society April 2020):

• Daily: clean nasal mask cushion daily with a damp cloth and mild detergent, may use mask wipes
• Weekly: clean full mask system (including headgear) with warm water and mild soap (dish soap). Rinse with water and then air dry away from direct sunlight.

Recommended replacement every 6 months.
