The heated tubing works with your humidifier chamber to provide optimal humidity and reduce condensation.  They have the ability to mimics the nose to heat and humidify the air. You will experience new levels of sleep comfort as humidity levels remain constant throughout the night, regardless of ambient temperature change.

Without the use of heated tubing, the humidified air while travelling through the tubing will be exposed to ambient temperatures. As a result, the air travelling through the standard tubing starts cooling down, which leads to formation of condensation in the tubing. As a result, it fails to deliver optimal humidity levels to the patient.

The technology associated with this heated tubing adapts to changes in ambient temperatures and continues to provide optimal humidity levels throughout the night.  These higher humidity levels help maintain normal airway conditions without the side effects of condensation.

Maintenance:

Wash the heated tubing with warm soapy water and let it hang dry away from direct sunlight.

Recommended to be replaced every 6 months.
