Purchase Policy

CPAPSupplyCanada accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

If you wish to pay by credit card over the phone, please call toll free 1-833-667-3999 (MORE ZZZ).You will be provided a confirmation number for the transaction and your credit card information WILL NOT be kept on file. Never send your credit card information by email.

 

What Prescription Requirements Are Needed for CPAP Supplies?

  1. For CPAP, APAP and BiLevel-PAP machine purchases:
    • Purchasing a CPAP/APAP/BiLevel or BiPAP machine requires a valid prescription from a medical doctor. If you are purchasing a PAP machine, please send your prescription to us by a method listed below. Your PAP machine will not be shipped to you prior to CPAP Supply Canada receiving your prescription.

  1. For mask, mask parts and accessories:
    • Purchasing a Sleep Apnea mask, parts for your mask or any accessories does not require a prescription.

Return Policy

Items can be returned if they meet the following criteria:

  • Defective CPAP Masks and Accessories that fall within the manufacturer’s written policies may be exchanged within 90 days of the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Unopened products, excluding pillows and positional therapy devices, may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable and a 15% restocking fee may apply.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Return of a product in other cases:

If you would like to make a return but the product does not meet the criteria stated above, we are willing to consider accepting returns for a purchase credit, based on other grounds, at our discretion.

 

Please email us at info@cpapsupplycanada.ca along with your name, phone number, order number and date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of why you would like to return the product. We will work with you to determine if the product can be returned for a credit.

 

Items that may not be returned include:

  • Pillows (opened or unopened)
  • Positional Therapy Devices (opened or unopened)
  • Opened or used products, unless found defective upon initial use
  • A CPAP, APAP or BiPAP machine is considered to be used if there are any hours of use on the machine.
  • Items sold as final sale or clearance will not be refundable.

 

 

How to return product:

Please email us at info@cpapsupplycanada.ca for instructions and a return authorization. A return authorization is required to make a return. In your email, please include your name, phone number, order number, date of purchase and the criteria relied on for the return.

 

Refunds will be issued once the returned products are received and inspected by the CPAP Supply Canada staff.  If the product meets the return criteria, a refund will be issued for the amount of the product minus a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping fees resulting from sending the product to the customer when it was purchased will also be deducted from the amount refunded.

Manufacturer Warranties

If a product is received with an “out of box” defect, please contact our office at 1-833-667-3999 (MORE ZZZ) within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will be happy to assist in ensuring you receive a replacement item. If you call after hours or on a weekend, we will return your call the next business day.

 

In the case of an “out of box” defect, a replacement product will be sent upon CPAP Supply Canada receiving and inspecting the defective product. Shipping of the product to CPAP Supply Canada is the responsibility of the customer. We will then cover shipping of replacement/repaired product from our location to the customer.

 

CPAP, BiPAP or APAP machines are sold with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty. Misuse, neglect, abuse or water damage will nullify the warranty period.  If your machine malfunctions while under warranty, please contact our office toll free at 1-833-667-3999 (MORE ZZZ) or by email for a Return Authorization (RA) number to be issued to you. You will be provided instructions as to what steps to take next.

 

Please note that warranty decisions are made exclusively by the manufacturer and that CPAP Supply Canada cannot be held responsible for the manufacturer denying a warranty claim. Please also note that PAP machine repairs can take as long as 6 weeks. If you require a machine during that time, rental APAP, BiPAP and CPAP machines are available.

Shipping Method

 

Shipping Method

CPAP Supply Canada uses NetParcel services to provide shipping services throughout Ontario and Canada.  They are a shipping broker who will negotiate the best shipping cost and shipment time possible with all available courier services in your area.

 

When inputting shipping information, please do not input PO BOX information as our courier services only ship to street addresses.

 

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Most orders placed on equipment will be shipped within 1-3 business days. From time to time, due to stock availability and issues beyond our control, orders may take longer to ship. You will be notified by telephone or email if this is the case. Tracking information will be provided via email.

 

CPAP Supply Canada will do its best to ensure that your order will arrive on time, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons beyond our control.

 

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping with a minimum purchase of $100CAD for shipments within Canada.  Taxes and shipping costs do not count towards your order total for free shipping eligibility. Shipping cost for purchases less than $100CAD will be a set rate of $10.00 for Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan, $15.00 for British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, and P.E.I., $30.00 for the Territories & United States.

 

 

Shipping Policy Notice

CPAP Supply Canada reserves the right to withhold shipment or cancel orders (without notice) pending an investigation into the legitimacy of an order, if the order appears to be suspicious or fraudulent. We also reserve the right to limit quantities of items shipped and billed in the event that an order contains unusually high quantities of items.
