Fitting Guide:

1. To pick the most appropriate pillow size, place the pillows cushion tips into the nostrils.  Choose the cushion size that allows the silicone bases to sit comfortably under the nose without any gaps.
2. With the mask assembled, place the cushion under your nose and insert the pillows cushion tips into the nostrils.
3. Position the frame on top of your head and pull the headgear over the back of your head.  The airflow connector (elbow) should rest on top of your head.
4. To adjust your mask, peel the headgear tabs  away from the fabric. Adjust the straps length to appropriately tighten the mask.  Do not over tighten the headgear.
5. Position the mask until it fits comfortably.  When finished, the elbow should rest on the top of your head.

Cleaning tips (outlined by the American Thoracic Society April 2020):

• Daily: clean the nasal pillows daily with a damp cloth and mild detergent, may use mask wipes
• Weekly: clean full mask system (including headgear) with warm water and mild soap (dish soap). Rinse with water and then air dry away from direct sunlight.

Recommended replacement every 6 months.
