Fitting Guide:

1. Insert the pillows cushion tips into your nostrils so that they sit comfortably under your nose without any gaps.
2. Pulling the headgear over your head, gently hold the pillows cushion under your nose.
3. Adjust the top crown strap so that the headgear sits just above your ears, similar to glasses.
4. Loosen the top strap to move the side straps away from your eyes.  The mask should fit loose and comfortable.

Fitting tips:

• Connect the CPAP hose to the mask
• Turn therapy on to start airflow.  You should feel the gentle flow of air in your mask.
• Assume different sleeping positions.  Move around until comfortable.  If there are any excessive air leaks, make final adjustments while lying down.

Cleaning tips (outlined by the American Thoracic Society April 2020):

• Daily: clean the nasal pillow cushion daily with a damp cloth and mild detergent, may use mask wipes
• Weekly: clean full mask system (including headgear) with warm water and mild soap (dish soap). Rinse with water and then air dry away from direct sunlight.

Recommended replacement every 6 months.
